Squid Go’s shoulder system includes one Squid Go shoulder wrap, one cold gel pack and the portable pump with connector tube and charger.
This system is scientifically designed to treat shoulder pain, including pain from arthritis or tendonitis. Squid Go delivers cold compression* therapy to the areas that need it most. Wraps are available for both left and right shoulders.
Wraps and gel packs are available in regular and large sizes.
For sizing questions, please refer to our sizing chart.
*This system does not use intermittent sequential compression due to the shoulder’s proximity to the heart. Because sequential compression is used to push swelling away from the extremities and towards the heart, sequential compression is not needed with the Squid Go shoulder pain treatment system.

Pain relief that is quick and convenient. Each Squid Go treatment takes just 15 minutes, regardless of compression level.

I was introduced to Squid through my physical therapy clinic where I was treated after a total knee replacement. My PT sessions ended with 15 minutes of Squid squeeze and it was heaven--so much so I often joked to my therapist about having a shirt made that read "I'm only here for the ice."
When I learned I could buy a Squid for home use I was thrilled. I'm back to work at a job that is very physical, and I'm still doing two rounds of PT at home each day, so by the end of a day icing and compressing with my Squid is a wonderful way to relax and know I'm doing good stuff for my knee. Plus it feels wonderful--like an icy little hug.
The Squid is a solid product--it's built/sewn very well, all the components are top notch quality, and it's super easy to use--charge up the motor, connect the air tube, place the ice pack in the wrap, settle into a comfy spot, and you're good to go. The bell that dings to let you know time is up is perfect--not too loud, not too soft--and other than that Squid is almost completely silent.
Squid beats a standard ice pack by a mile--the automated compression is the thing that makes Squid stand out from all the other ice packs--and they even include a skin protector sleeve so you don't get ice burn while using it. It's a small but very thoughtful touch.
I highly recommend a Squid if you have a body part that needs icing.
