Squid Go offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Squid Go, you may return it for a full refund (excluding return shipping costs) within the 30-day return period.

Please note: The 30-day risk-free money-back guarantee offer applies only to one purchase and trial of a complete Squid Go system.  The risk-free money-back guarantee does not apply to accessories purchased separately such as individual gel packs or wraps.   

Before returning the product, please call 281-823-9600 Ext 1004 for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). SQUID UNITS RETURNED TO OUR RETURN CENTER WITHOUT AN RMA SHALL BE FORFEITED. The RMA number must be printed or written clearly on paper and placed inside the package. Units should be returned in the original box. DAMAGED OR ABUSED UNITS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.

If you are scheduled for surgery and would like to try Squid Go, please order your unit at least 30 days prior to your scheduled surgery. Units used for post-surgery recovery (60 days from the surgery date) are not eligible for return or refund. To make sure Squid Go is right for you, always consult your doctor before using Squid Go for post-surgery recovery.
